Best of Lax: Vote for Best in Fashion

From left to right: Izzy McMahon, Myles Jones, Jarrod Neumann and Taylor Moreno always know how to dress for the cameras.

Welcome to #BestOfLax. Help us celebrate the past year of lacrosse by voting in 15 polls spread over the course of December. All voting will be conducted on Twitter (@usalacrossemag), and fans will have 24 hours to let their voices be heard.

Some people just have the ability to make anything they wear look good.

Fashion matters in lacrosse. And no, Grant Ament and his ankle socks aren’t what we’re talking about. The candidates for Best in Fashion take fashion risks and own them. Their styles have almost become their identities.

Here are the nominees for Best in Fashion.

For the drippiest in lacrosse.

Izzy McMahon has style on and off the field. The USC alum took her talents to the pro arena for Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse this summer and was a always a favorite during FIT Friday Walk-Ins.

You could consider Jones’ on-field style worthy of consideration, too. The larger-than-life midfielder makes a statement with his jewelry and with his clothing choices. Mowing down defenders can help make you look good, too.

Nuemann is often one of the stars of the PLL red carpet at PLL Awards night, and for good reason. The Chaos LC defenseman just knows how to dress.

An admitted sneakerhead, Moreno has an eye for design. She illustrates her own artwork onto shoes for commissions, and she uses that keen eye for art when styling her wardrobe, too.
