Ellie Masera has burst onto the scene as potentially the next great goal scorer for Stony Brook women's lacrosse. She's a lightning bolt on the lacrosse field and is learning from greats like Ally Kennedy.

Masera has been through plenty in 2022, including a house fire that destroyed her family's home, but she's looking forward as the Seawolves head into the NCAA tournament.

She spoke with Sheehan Stanwick Burch about the America East, why she's proud of her height and why she loves Stony Brook. You can listen on Apple and Spotify today.
