Jared Bernhardt, the 2021 Tewaaraton Award winner, took the next step in his made for Hollywood journey. The former Maryland lacrosse star parlayed a strong training camp with the Atlanta Falcons into making the team’s initial 53-man roster.

2. The documentary grabbing the lacrosse world.

Fate of a Sport, the documentary on Mike and Paul Rabil’s effort to build the Premier Lacrosse League hit ESPN+ this week. Matt DaSilva offers a review of the raw and honest look into the process.

3. Cal tags its new leader

Jennifer Wong, a longtime assistant coach at Temple, has been named as the new head women’s lacrosse coach at Cal.
