Justin Guterding was named to the Super Sixes roster, announced Thursday.


Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. USA Lacrosse announced its men’s and women’s rosters ahead of the historic Super Sixes event next month.

The event hosted by World Lacrosse will take place Oct. 23-24 at USA Lacrosse headquarters and feature teams from the U.S., Canada and the Iroquois Nationals.

The men’s team features 18 professional or college players, including PLL champions Mark Glicini and Patrick Resch. Click here for the full roster.

The women’s team boasts a wealth of college talents, including Tewaaraton finalist Izzy Scane and ACC stars Belle Smith and Kasey Choma. Click here to see who will suit up at Super Sixes.

2. Kayla Treanor, a.k.a. “The Conductor”

In the September/October edition of the magazine, we unveiled the new lacrosse superhero, who patrols the streets of Syracuse. Check out the origin story of “The Conductor.”
