A week after Syracuse upset reigning national champion North Carolina, Louisville upsets the Orange 9-8 to net its third ACC win in its final regular season game much in part thanks to sophomore midfielder Meghan Siverson.

Siverson tallied a team-high five points in the upset to earn Epoch/US Lacrosse Player of the Week honors. She scored three goals on just four shots and added two assists.

Three of her points came in the first half, helping secure a two-goal lead that cushioned Syracuse's comeback in the second period. Siverson recorded her hat trick with 11:50 left in the game for the first of back-to-back and the final two Louisville goals.
